At Mine Sterling Silver, we work to ensure we bring you excellence in quality and design. We promise that if your item differs in any way from the quality that you ordered, then you can have an exchange or your money back. All silver is guaranteed 925 sterling.

DELIVERY

In-stock items will be dispatched by the next working day.

• Postage is £4.75 for orders up to £75 within the UK
• Postage is £8.50 for next day delivery
• Postage is £11.50 for Saturday delivery. Purchases after 2pm will arrive within 2 working days.
• Postage is FREE for orders over £75 within the UK.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email letting you know that the order has been sent.

Please note that next day delivery packages must be signed for; we do not send to P.O. boxes.

We pride ourselves on our quick and accurate delivery service. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges will be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will contact you straight away by email.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

All prices are given in, and must be paid in, UK pounds sterling (£). Upon receipt of your order, your PayPal account or credit card will be debited for the full amount.

Online Payment: We accept payment by PayPal using your credit or debit card. Mine Sterling Silver does not have access to, or see any of your financial information.

PRIVACY OF DATA

Mine Sterling Silver Jewellery promises that we will never exchange, rent, or sell your personal information to any third party.

The personal information collected is that given at the time of order and will be used simply to process your order.

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Cookies

This site makes use of cookies (information stored in a file on your computer) in order to maintain your shopping basket during the purchasing process. Disabling the use of cookies in your browser may prevent you from successfully completing a purchase.

RETURNS

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Sales from the shop do not have refunds, only exchanges. For online sales, exclusive earrings can be refunded within 14 days.

However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return, and the difference will need to be paid for by credit card before the item will be dispatched.

Jewellery is only accepted for returns if it is unworn and in original new condition as sold.

CANCELLATION

If a customer chooses to cancel their order once payment has been made, we can refund in full if the item has not already been shipped. If it has been shipped, then it is the customer's responsibility to return the item at their own cost, and we will then refund the cost of the item only.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing items from this site, you are signifying your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with any of the information in these pages, please cease your use of this site.
